At BikeLink, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return something, here’s what you need to know.
Your Right to Cancel
You can cancel your order if you bought it online or over the phone through our website or if you purchased it outside a store (e.g., at an event or pop-up shop) for more than NOK 300. You don’t need to provide a reason, but you must cancel within the cooling-off period.
Cooling-Off Period
You have 14 days from when you receive your item to notify us of your cancellation. If you didn’t receive a cancellation form, this period could be extended by up to 12 months.
Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned, including custom-made or personalized products.
If we customized your bike, you can´t return it.
How to Cancel
To cancel your order, email info@bikelink.no within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and a statement of your intent to cancel. If you received a cancellation form with your order, please attach it.
Returning Your Item
The item must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us. The goods must be intact, in their original packaging, and packed with the same materials and methods as when they were received to ensure they return in excellent condition. Make sure it’s securely packed, and keep proof of postage. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process
After receiving the returned item and checking its condition, BikeLink will issue a refund via bank transfer. The refund will cover the order amount but will exclude shipping costs, assembly costs, and any modifications made to the product.
