2.2 Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other digital payment options as indicated at checkout.

2.3 Order Processing: Orders are processed once payment has been received in full. BikeLink.no reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Shipping and Delivery

4. Returns and Refunds

4.2 Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4.4 Exceptions: Custom-built bicycles and personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.

 

5. Warranty and Repairs

5.1 Manufacturer’s Warranty: All bicycles sold on BikeLink.no come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details vary per brand and are provided with each purchase.

5.2 Warranty Claims: Claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and images of the defect. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage due to improper maintenance.

5.3 Repair Services: BikeLink.no partners with certified workshops for repair and servicing. Customers may book services through our platform.

 

6. User Responsibilities
