Limited Warranty

 

Some products may come with a limited warranty, which varies depending on the brand and product type. These warranties typically cover:

• Wearable components such as chains, cassettes, brake pads, and tires (subject to normal wear and tear)

• Electronics and battery-powered components (varies by brand)

 

What’s Covered?

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

• Structural integrity of frames and key components (for applicable products)

 

What’s Not Covered?

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by accidents, improper assembly, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

How to Make a Warranty Claim

2. Our team will assess the claim and, if eligible, arrange for repair or replacement.

3. Warranty claims are subject to the terms set by each manufacturer, and processing times may vary.
