HOOKLESS TUBELESS DESIGN

Next generation hookless tubeless rim design (TSS) measuring 23mm

internal and 35mm external. This design offers remarkable durability while allowing the tire to sit wider, creating a more voluminous tire reducing rolling resistance.

MAGNETIC HUB SYSTEM

High-performance high-flanged hub optimised for carbon spokes and direct stiffness. The hubs are produced from a single piece of aluminum using high-precision CNC machinery eliminating the use of rubber rings. 

​54-tooth engagement, magnetic freehub coupling and ceramic bearings reduces friction and offers a unique riding experience.

ENHANCE 50 : 52

  • The Enhance 50:52 wheelset is optimized for high-speed racing with a lightweight construction of 1452g and a rim profile of 50mm front and 52mm rear.

  • The next-generation hookless tubeless design enhances tire performance by allowing a wider tire fitment, resulting in reduced rolling resistance.

  • A magnetic hub system featuring ceramic bearings and high-tooth engagement minimizes friction, offering a unique ride experience.

  • The interchangeable carbon spokes are three times stronger and five times lighter than steel spokes, improving aerodynamics and ride comfort.

  • The wheels are made with Torayca™ T800 carbon fibers, ensuring both lightness and strength while optimizing aerodynamic performance.

  • The product includes high-quality components such as carbon spokes, rim tape, valves, and tire levers, ensuring a comprehensive wheelset package.

  • The wheelset is designed to support a maximum rider weight of 130kg, making it suitable for a wide range of cyclists.

VENTURE 38 : 38

  • The Venture 38:38 wheels have a rim height of 38mm and total weight of 1365 grams, optimizing them for speed and stability across various terrains.

  • The innovative hookless tubeless rim design supports wider tires, improving durability and lowering rolling resistance for a better riding experience.

  • Equipped with a high-performance magnetic hub system, these wheels feature a 54-tooth engagement and ceramic bearings to minimize friction.

  • The carbon spokes used in the wheels are 3x stronger and 5x lighter than traditional steel spokes, enhancing aerodynamic performance and reducing vibration.

  • TORAYCA™ carbon fibers are employed in the wheel construction, resulting in an exceptionally lightweight yet strong and aerodynamic design.

  • The hubs, manufactured from a single aluminum piece using high-precision CNC technology, eliminate the need for rubber rings, ensuring direct stiffness and performance.

  • Included with the wheelset are interchangeable carbon spokes, high-quality valves, rim tape, tire levers, and CNC-machined lock rings for comprehensive maintenance and performance support.

SCULPTURE HANDLEBAR

  • The Sculpture Handlebar is compatible with many high-performance bike models from brands such as Cervelo, Specialized, and Trek.

  • Custom compatibility inquiries can be directed to the manufacturer for models not listed.

  • All headset covers of the Sculpture Handlebar are produced using 3D printing technology.

  • Various spacer sizes are available to ensure an ideal fit for specific bike frames.

  • The Sculpture Handlebar is exclusively manufactured by Polymer Workshop®.

  • It supports internal cable routing for efficient and tidy wiring.

  • The design of the handlebar allows for easy installation of electronic shifting components.
