BikeLink Shipping & Delivery Term

1. Processing & Dispatch

• Orders for in-stock bikes are processed and dispatched within 5 - 7 business days.

• If a product is not in stock, the estimated delivery time is 10 business days.

• If delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, customers have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

 

2. Delivery Partners

 

We collaborate with trusted freight providers to ensure safe and efficient delivery:

• Posten

• PostNord

• FedEx

• DHL

 

3. Delivery Areas & Time Estimates

• Norway 2-5 business days after dispatch.

• *10 days Delivery time if BikeLink need to order directly from manufactory

• Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays, such as weather conditions or customs processing.

 

4. Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• Some products may qualify for free shipping promotions.

• All prices are listed in NOK and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

 

5. Tracking & Updates

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

 

6. Liability & Delivery Conditions

• BikeLink is responsible for the shipment until the customer physically receives it. If a bike is lost or damaged in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund.

• If no one is available at the delivery address, the carrier may leave a collection notice or reschedule the delivery.

 

7. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

• Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, in accordance with Norwegian consumer law.

• The bike must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

 

8. Warranty & Complaints

• Customers have the right to file a complaint about defects for up to 2 years (or 5 years if the bike is expected to last longer), as per Norwegian law.

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product.

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, reach out to our support team for assistance.
